Msolwa St.Gaspare Bertoni Secondary school is an Agricultural based school,hence Agriculture subject and all Agricultural related activities are greatly emphasized among it's community members.Msolwa St.Gaspare Bertoni Secondary School does not only have the ordinary level(O-LEVEL),but also Advanced level(A-LEVEL).For the O-LEVEL, a combination of science, arts and general knowledge subjects are taught including: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Basic Mathematics, Agriculture Science, Geography, History, Civics, Bible Knowledge, English and Kiswahili.

For Advanced level(A-LEVEL),combinations offered at Msolwa St.Gaspare Bertoni Secondary School include: PCM, PCB, PGM, EGM, HKL, HGL, HGE, ECA, CBA,CBG. ECA a business combination taught to A-Level scholars only.
